Suche Nachmieter für eine schöne, helle 1-Zimmerwohnung. Ein Bad mit Waschmaschinenanschluss und Badewanne ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist so geschnitten, dass sich das Schlafzimmer gut vom Rest der Wohnung abteilen lässt.
Im Moment habe ich Nebenkosten von 70 EUR, sodass die Warmmiete der Wohnung 250 EUR beträgt. Wie der Vermieter das mit dem nächsten Mieter regelt, weiß ich nicht.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Innenstadt, Nähe Karstadt und Lindenplatz. Der Bahnhof ist nach ca. 7-10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Anwohnerparkplätze sind in der Nähe, Müller-Markt und DM-Markt in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Ich suche nur einen Nachmieter, wer die Wohnung letztendlich bekommt, entscheidet der Vermieter. Ihr könnt mich sehr gerne per Email kontaktieren und die Wohnung auch anschauen.
