Ich bin Melina, studiere Industrial Design an der HS Osnabrück und suche einen vertrauensvollen Zwischenmieter für meine Wohnung, da ich ab September für 6 Monate im Praktikum sein werde (bis ca. Mitte/Ende März 2019) Für ein volles Semester wäre meine Wohnung also abzugeben, vorzugsweise auch schon ab dem 1.August.
Die kleine Wonung hat eine super Lage, direkt an einer Bushaltestelle( 1km zum Neumarkt). Im Winter ist es einfach/schnell geheizt und die Wohnung ist natürlich möbiliert (außer Bett!). Gutes WLan ist vorhaden. (22€ monatlich, in sonstige Kosten inkl.) Dazu kosten Strom/Wasser 16€ (auch in sonstigen Kosten inkl.). Insgesamt wären das also 258€ monatlich.
