Living in the most beautiful district in Prenzlauer Berg, you will feel like a Berliner and you'll be close to the most lively places in the city, Kastanienallee, Mauerpark, Alexanderplatz. You will feel at home and ready to switch off.
This 38m2 flat will make you feel at home, it is very cosy, and very calm because it's located in one of the main streets of Prenzlauer Berg and the flat is in a courtyard. If you are lucky and it is a sunny day , the sun will come inside the kitchen through the big windows of the flat. You have everything available on this flat, tiny but comfy. The flat contains: a double bed, chairs, 2 tables, a big desk , 2 cupboads.
The flat is at the second floor, there is no elevator. You have the tram in front of the main door. The ring Station Prenzlauer Allee it's on the same street. In only 3 tram stations you are in Alexander Platz. And walking 3 streets to the west you are in Kastanienallee and almost in Mauerpark!

It is a very calm neighborhood and very nice. You can find around the next supermarkets: Edeka, Kaisers, Netto, Rewe, Bio Company and the saturdays open air bio food market around the corner! The bakery is 100m far from the building.
