Da mein Studium zu Ende ist, wird auch meine kleine Wohnung frei.
Es ist eine sehr ruhig gelegene 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit kleinem Abstellraum und Bad. Sie ist etwa 7-8 Gehminuten zur FH in der Tiefenbronnerstraße entfernt. Zur Studentenparty im Wohnheim sind es nur 10 Gehminuten ;-) .
Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert mit einem Kleiderschrank einem Schreibtisch und einer kleinen Bar mit zwei Barhockern.
Die Übergabe sollte nach Absprache erfolgen. Theoretisch wäre das sogar noch im Laufe des Monats möglich, aber auf jeden Fall vor Vorlesungsbeginn. Beim Einzug ist eine einmalige Kaution in Höhe von 500€ fällig.
Im Mietpreis sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten, inklusive Kabelanschluss. Lediglich die Kosten für den Telefonanschluss müssen noch selbst bezahlt werden.
