Nachmieter für 1-Zimmer-Apartment gesucht // Looking for new tenant (1-room apartment)

Ich suche nach einem Nachmieter für mein 1-Zimmer-Apartment in der Marlene-Dietrich-Allee 15 ab dem 1.5.24.
Es gibt eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank (inkl. Gefrierfach), Mikrowelle und zwei Herdplatten im Zimmer und ein eigenes Bad. Außerdem gibt es gemeinschaftlich genutzte Waschmaschinen, Trockner und einen Fahrradkeller.
Das Apartment ist in einer ruhigen Gegend und sehr ruhig nach hinten raus gelegen und sowohl das Bad als auch das Zimmer selbst haben bodentiefe Fenster.
Das Apartment ist an sich komplett möbliert allerdings wäre eine eigene Matratze notwendig.

I am looking for a new tenant for my 1-room apartment at Marlene-Dietrich-Allee 15 from 1.5.24.
There is a kitchenette with a fridge (incl. freezer), microwave and two hotplates in the room and a private bathroom. There are also shared washing machines, dryers and a bicycle storage room.
The apartment is in a nice neighborhood, really quiet and both the bathroom and the room itself have floor-to-ceiling windows.
The apartment itself is fully furnished, you would only need to bring your own mattress.
