Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Keller, in dem du dein Fahrrad abstellen kannst und in dem sich Waschmaschinen und Trockner befinden.
Die Vermietung kann auf Wunsch Anfang März oder auch am 1. April beginnen. Bei Fragen stehe ich gerne zur Verfügung! :)

Bright and cozy, furnished studio apartment very close to the city center and to the central station, good public transit connections and several supermarkets nearby. The apartment has 1 room including a fully mounted, modern kitchen and a private and sizeable bathroom with shower. You can also enjoy your very own balcony! The building includes a basement with space to store your bike and with washing and drying machines.
Rental can start in early March if desired, or also on the 1st of April. If you have any questions, don't be afraid to ask! :)
Es gibt Supermärkte (REWE und Netto) etwa 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, außerdem gibt es Kaufland am Hauptbahnhof, der 10 Minuten entfernt ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem brandneuen Gebäude, also funktioniert alles wie es soll! Der Park Babelsberg (großer und schöner Park mit Blick auf die Stadt und den Fluss) ist ebenfalls nur 10 Minuten entfernt.
Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Gebäude, sowie eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle etwa 4 Minuten entfernt. Potsdam Hauptbahnhof ist ganz in der Nähe, von wo aus du z.B. mit Regionalzügen oder der S-Bahn in 20-40 Minuten in Berlin sein kannst.

There are supermarkets (REWE and Netto) about 4 minutes walk away, there is Kaufland at the main station which is 10 minutes away. The flat is in a brand new building, so everything works as it should! Park Babelsberg (large and beautiful park overlooking the city and the river) is also only 10 minutes away.
There is a bus stop right in front of the building, as well as a tram stop about 4 minutes away. Potsdam main station is nearby, from where you can be in Berlin in 20-40 minutes by regional train or S-Bahn.
