Ich suche ab 01. Oktober einen Nachmieter für meine Ein-Raum-Wohnung im 2. OG in der
Fritz-Lang-Straße 10, 14480 Potsdam. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hat einen großen Flur und einen Balkon. Die Wohnfläche beträgt ca. 42,35m².
Die Wohnung ist komplett renoviert, mit Auslegware und Linoleum verlegt und zum Teil möbliert.
Einen Großteil der Möblierung würde ich auch gerne in der Wohnung belassen und verkaufen
wollen, zum Beispiel die Kücheneinrichtung, Schränke, Waschmaschine und Anbauwand, etc.
Die Wohnungsverwaltungsgesellschaft fordert einen Wohnberechtigungsschein.
Die Miete insgesamt beträgt 363,79€.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 5 Minuten entfernt und auch das Sterncenter ist in gut 10
Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Haltestelle "Hans-Albers-Straße" befindet sich ebenfalls
nur 2, 3 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Von dort aus verkehren mehrere Bus- und
Straßenbahnlinien.
