Hallo zusammen,
ich wohne momentan in Potsdam, möchte aber gerne nach Berlin ziehen, da ich hier Kunst studiere. Deswegen suche ich eine Wohnung in Berlin, bis ungefähr 500 warm. Im Tausch biete ich eine Wohnung in Potsdam. Angebote sind gerne willkommen. Mit dem Einzugsdatum bin ich flexibel. Bevorzugte Bezirke sind Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg und Charlottenburg. Auch alle anderen sind gerne gesehen.
Meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit sehr großem Balkon in Potsdam liegt sehr dicht an der Innerstadt und gleichzeitig sehr grün. Die Wohnung ist ungefähr 33 qm groß, die Warmmiete ist um 500 Euro. Die Lage der Wohnung ist dicht zur Universität Potsdam, sehr grün und dennoch zentral. Mehr Fotos gibt es bei ernstgemeinten Angeboten.
