Studentenwohnung in Potsdam

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a Nachmieter/Nachmieterin for my single apartment in the Studentenwohneim in Golm. The only requirement I believe is that you are an enrolled student in Brandenburg under the age of 30. Rent: € 305

Kaution: € 300

Move-in date: 15 September or 1 October, depending on what the Studentenwerk allows. I intend to clear out all my things from the apartment at least 3 days before the start of your contract to give you flexibility.

I will make recommendations to the Sachbearbeiterin on a first come, first serve basis and whether you are able to communicate in a timely manner, as I plan to have this done within the next 7 days.
