I am offering my full-furnished 1-room Apartment to sublet for 3 weeks from 1st April till 23rd April 2023. All the necessary bus & train connections, super shop etc. are in immediate vicinity. The rent is 395 euro all inclusive. Security deposit 300 euro which is fully refundable at the end of the stay.

Facilities
The apartment consists of one room, an open kitchen and a bathroom.
Equipped with a pantry kitchen (including fridge, hotplates & microwave), ensuite bathroom with shower and complete furniture with bed, wardrobe, shelf, desk & chair, this apartment is almost new and completely ready to move into.

With the specified rent, everything has already been paid for. Heating, water and electricity as well as Internet & TV flat rate are included in the rental price. The apartment faces the south-west side of the building, allowing for a wide view of the lawn and sunsets instead of the street. It is on the ground floor and not directly on the staircase, which guarantees complete peace and quiet.

The western district of Golm is, among other things, the location for the campus of the University of Potsdam, which can be reached on foot in 7 minutes.

You can walk to the nearby regional train station in about 15 minutes and to the next bus stop in 3 minutes. So you can be in Potsdam city center within 10 minutes by train or you can travel another 30 minutes to the capital Berlin without having to change trains. The other campuses of the University of Potsdam are also in the immediate vicinity, only 15 minutes by bus to the Neues Palais or by train to the Griebnitzsee campus in the same time.

For shopping for daily needs, a REWE is within walking distance in 5 minutes.

The apartment is preferably sublet to students/trainees/employee. The rental period is limited and is 3 weeks. The rental agreement cannot be terminated during this period.

Der westliche Stadtteil Golm ist u.a. Standort des Campus der Universität Potsdam, der in 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.

Der nahegelegene Regionalbahnhof ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und die nächste Bushaltestelle in 3 Minuten. So sind Sie innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Zug in der Potsdamer Innenstadt oder können ohne Umsteigen in 30 Minuten in die Hauptstadt Berlin fahren. Auch die anderen Campusse der Universität Potsdam befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, nur 15 Minuten mit dem Bus zum Neuen Palais oder mit der Bahn in der gleichen Zeit zum Campus Griebnitzsee.

Für Einkäufe des täglichen Bedarfs ist ein REWE in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung wird bevorzugt an Studenten/Auszubildende/Arbeitnehmer untervermietet. Die Mietzeit ist befristet und beträgt 3 Wochen. Der Mietvertrag kann während dieser Zeit nicht gekündigt werden.
