Ich möchte meine Ein-Zimmer Wohnung in der Potsdamer Innenstadt untervermieten. Sie hat eine kleine mit einer Tür getrennte Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die großen Fenster öffnen auf den Hinterhof und die Wohnung ist ruhig trotz der Lage.
Die Wohnung ist mit einem Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Bücherregal, einem Bett mit Matratze und einem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. In der Küche gibt es einen Herd, Ofen, einen Kühlschrank und Küchenschränke.

I'm looking to sublet my one-room apartment in central Potsdam. It has a separate little kitchen (divided from the main room with a door), and a bathroom with a shower. The large windows open out onto the back and the apartment is quiet despite being on the busy thoroughfare of Breite Straße.
The apartment is furnished with a desk and chair, book shelves, a bed with mattress, a clothes cupboard, a side table, as well as an oven, stove-top, fridge and kitchen cupboards in the kitchen.

Von der Wohnung aus ist der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß zu erreichen und es dauert ungefähr 5-7 Minuten zu den Bus/Tram Haltestellen "Alter Markt" und "Feuerbachstraße" zu Fuß. Am Wochenende hält der X15 Bus direkt vor der Tür des Hauses (an der Haltestelle "Naturkundemuseum"). Es gibt einen Netto und einen Rewe-Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das holländische Viertel und die Innenstadt sind ungefähr 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß von hier.

The apartment is walking distance from the Potsdam Hauptbahnhof (main station) and it takes about 5-7mins to get to the tram/bus stops Alter Markt and Feuerbachstraße on foot. On weekends, the X15 bus stops right under the building (Naturkundemuseum). There's a Netto and a Rewe supermarket a couple of minutes away by foot. The Dutch quarter and city centre are about 10-15mins on foot from here.

Die Wohnung kann nur an Studenten untervermietet werden, da sie dem Studentenwerk Potsdam gehört. Solange Sie Studentenstatus haben (nicht unbedingt von der Uni Potsdam), sollen Sie die Wohnung untermieten können.

The apartment can only be sublet to students, since it belongs to the Studentenwerk Potsdam. As long as you have student status (not necessarily at the University of Potsdam), you should be able to sublet it.
There's a washing machine in the building next door that's available to use. It works with an electronic card that you can get and charge at the Studentenwerk's reception desk at the Hauptbahnhof (Lange Brücke).
