Da ich ab März für mein Praxissemester umziehe, möchte ich für die Zeit meine Wohnung untervermieten. Die Wohnung kann nur an Studenten mit Immatrikulationsbescheinigung vermietet werden und kann eventuell nach dem Semester übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Regal und Schrank. Es gibt ein eigenes Bad und eine eigene Küche mit Kühlschrank, Ofen etc.
Küche und Bad sind durch einen Flur vom Wohn-/Schlafraum abgetrennt.
As I'm moving out for my internship semester, I'd like to sublet my appartment. It can online be rent by students with a matriculation certificat and maybe can be taken over after the semester. The appartment is fully furnitured with a bed, table, chair, shelf and closet. An own bathroom and a kitchen with a fridge, oven etc. are also included. Kitchen and bathroom are seperated from the living/bedroom.
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Bis in die Innenstadt läuft man 10 min bzw. fährt 5 min. Uni und Fachhochschule sind innerhalb von ungefähr 15 min erreichbar. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof und Supermarkt sind es 5-10min.
The tram station is a 3 min walk away. To downtown it's a 10 min walk / a 5min drive. University and Fachhochschule are about 15min away, main train station and supermarkets about 5-10min.
