It is a cute, 43 sqm Dachgeschoss (second floor), basically one big room and a bathroom. Kitchen and living area is in the same room, but separated by a bar. 1 big French balcony that is facing the garden (west), and 2 roof windows. Both of these windows east and since they are upwards, they get light constantly. French balcony has a view over the garden and trees, of a quite quiet area. It comes with a fridge, an oven and cabinets. We can also talk about the furnitures that I could leave to you. There is a garden but unfortunately it is privat. There is a cellar to park your bike.

It is located very centrally, while still pretty with green areas and pretty surrounding. 15 mins to Potsdam Hauptbahnhof by bus, which just departs right in front of the house (695). Apart from that, very close to the tram stops (5-10 mins on foot). 7 mins to downtown Potsdam. With the bike: Heiliger See, max 15 mins; Park Sansoucci: 5 mins. Hauptbahnhof: 7 mins.
I am leaving my beloved flat because I am moving to Berlin. My new contract is already started so I want to sublet this apartment starting as soon as possible (can be earlier than 15.04), to not pay double rent during the notice period. The notice period is until the June 30. After that, with the right documents you can easily extend the contract if you like to (that is how I got the flat in the first place, with this exact scenario). The documents are classic, such as formloser Bewerbung, Schufa (solicitar ahora) , Einkommensnachweis, Mietschuldenfrei-Bescheinigung vom bisherigen Vermieter and Ausweis-Kopie.
The price is without electricity and internet. We can talk about these additional costs. (I will very likely move the internet provider to my new place)
