Ich vermiete meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete für Januar bis Mitte Februar 2024 (Option auf Langzeit) Die Wohnung ist möbliert und es stehen ein paar Pflanzen drinnen die sich über Pflege freuen. Die Miete von 550 € versteht sich pro Monat und ist inklusive aller Kosten (Strom, Gas, Internet)

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtdeil Potsdam West. ÖPNV (auch Richtung Berlin) sowie Supermärkte (REWE, Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland) sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Park Sanssouci, Wildpark und die Havel sind auch in wenigen Minuten erreicht.

- Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht (Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, bei Bedarf auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche)

- Die Nachbarn sind nett und ruhig. Daher wäre es auch toll wenn du es auch bist. Keine Parties bitte!

- Geraucht werden kann bei Bedarf auf dem großen Balkon.

I rent my apartment for intermediate rent for January till mid February 2024 (optional longterm). The apartment is furnished and there are a few plants inside which are happy about care. The rent of 550 € is per month and includes all costs (electricity, gas, internet).

The apartment is located in the city district Potsdam West. Public transport (also towards Berlin) and supermarkets (REWE, Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland) are reachable in a few minutes. The park Sanssouci, Wildpark and the Havel are also reached in a few minutes.

- The apartment has everything you need (washing machine, fridge, towels and bed linen if needed).

- The neighbors are nice and quiet. Therefore, it would be great if you are too. No parties pls!

- Smoking is possible on the large balcony if needed.
