Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock und besteht aus zwei kleinen Zimmern mit einer Größe von etwa 35 qm. Da ich im Frühjahr 2023 selbst nicht in Ravensburg bin, vermiete ich die Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete für den Zeitraum vom 01.01.2023 - 31.03.2023. Die Möbel werden ich dalassen, aber ansonsten würde ich mein Zeug weitgehend ausräumen. In der Wohnung befindet sich auch eine Waschmaschine.
Die monatliche Miete liegt insgesamt bei 650 €. Die Wohnung kann direkt ab dem 01.01.2023 bezogen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt Mitten in der Innenstadt von Ravensburg. Alles was man so braucht, kannst man zu Fuß erreichen.
Ein Parkplatz oder Kellersabteil steht leider nicht zur Verfügung.
