Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine kleine Wohnung, da ich mit meiner besseren Hälfte zusammen ziehen möchte.
Die Wohnung ist auf Süd- West- Lage ausgerichtet und somit sehr hell für ihre Größe.
Für Strom und Gas zahle ich zur Zeit jeweils 15 Euro pro Monat.
Bei Bedarf überlasse ich sie möbliert, das heißt: Bett (140x200), großer Schreibtisch aus massiv Eiche mit Unterschränke, großer Eichenschrank (150x210), Regal, großer Küchenschrank, und Spüle (VB 200 Euro komplett).
Über Herd, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine lässt sich auch verhandeln ;-).
Die Wohnung liegt Zentral in Remscheid.
Bahnhof 800 Meter entfernt.
Gesundheitszentrum (alle möglichen Ärzte) Post und Apotheke 900 Meter entfernt.
Bushaltestelle 100 Meter entfernt.
Man kommt mit fast jeder Buslinie zum Allee- Center. Die Berufsschule BTR ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar.
