Hallo zusammen,

ich suche einen Nachmieter ab Juli für mein Einzelapartment, da ich in mein Auslandssemester gehe.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 m² groß und bietet sehr viel Stauraum.
Zusätzlich hat das Wohnheim eine große Lounge mit Tischkicker und einer Bibliothek.
Wem die Küche im Zimmer nicht reicht, kann die sehr große Gemeinschaftsküche kostenfrei buchen und dort mit Freunden kochen. Jedes zweite Stockwerk bietet zusätzlich Co-Working Areas.

Die Mietdauer sollte min. 2 Monate betragen, danach ist es möglich den Mietvertrag um je 6 Monate zu verlängern.

Das Wohnheim liegt direkt am Campus und an der Bushaltestelle, von der man in 10 Minuten in der Stadtmitte/Hbf ist.
Zudem gibt es kostenlose Parkausweise für Bewohner.

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a new tenant for this single apartment from July on as I am leaving for my semester abroad.
The room is about 12 m² in size and offers a lot of storage space. In addition, the dormitory offers a lounge and a library. If the kitchen in the room is not enough, you can book the very large communal kitchen free of charge and cook with friends. Every second floor also offers co-working areas.

The rental period should be at least 2 months, after which the tenancy can be extended for another 6 months each time.

The dormitory is right on campus and at a bus stop, it takes only 10 minutes to get to the city centre/central station.
Also, there are free parking permits for residents.
