Hallo,
da ich ab August nicht mehr in Rostock bin, möchte ich meine Wohnung gerne abgeben an einen Nachmieter/-in.
Zur Wohnung; Sie ist vollständig möbliert und bezugsfertig. Ich werde nur meine persönlichen Gegenstände mitnehmen, jegliche Kochutensilien, Besteck, sowie Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc kann bei Bedarf benutzt werden. Das kann man aber noch absprechen, was genau benötigt wird. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine, die Münzen dafür sowie Waschmittel lasse ich auch in der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, nerviges Treppensteigen bleibt dir also erspart. Zu Fuß hat man 3 Supermärkte in maximal 7 Gehminuten Entfernung. Die Haltestellen für den Nahverkehr sind auch sehr nah gelegen.
Die KTV ist ein sehr hippes Viertel und auf den Straßen ist immer was los. Demnach gibt es diverse kulinarische Spezialitäten, die ebenfalls fußläufig gut zu erreichen sind. Auch ein paar nette Pubs finden sich hier, um nach Feierabend noch ein Bier zu trinken. Alles weitere besprechen wir am besten persönlich.

Since I'm leaving Rostock to the 1st of august and look out for somebody who will take over my apartment.
To the flat; It is fully furnished and ready to move in. I will only take my personal belongings, any cooking utensils, cutlery, as well as bed linen, towels etc can be used if required. But you can still agree what exactly is needed. In the basement there is a washing machine, the coins and detergent I leave in the apartment.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, annoying stair climbing you also spared. On foot you have 3 supermarkets in a maximum of 7 minutes walk. The stops for public transport are also very close.
KTV is a very hip neighborhood and there is always something going on in the streets. Accordingly, there are various culinary specialties, which are also within walking distance. There are also some nice pubs here to have a beer after work. Everything else, such as use of the mailbox and so on, we discuss best personally.
