Room size 12 m² with sink and hot water, kitchen and shared sanitary facilities in the hallway.
There are currently renovated and not yet renovated rooms available.
All rooms are fully furnished.
Inclusive costs
The following costs are included in the monthly rent:

The rent is currently 290.00 euros per month.
The rent will be paid by bank transfer on the first of each month.
The Cusanushaus is located directly on the banks of the Saar.
It takes <5 minutes to walk to the city center (pedestrian zone) and <10 minutes to the central train station.
The following bus stop can be reached on foot in <2 minutes.
From there the buses go to the university, the technical college and the central train station.
Conveniently located, the room offers a 10 minute walk to the main train station saarbrücken Hbf. Nearby supermarkets include Netto (3 mins), Aldi (8 mins), and Rewe (6 mins). The University is accessible by bus right at your doorstep, taking only 20 mins. Enjoy a view of the Saar river from the room.
