Hello,
I'm Rahul Pandey, applying to rent out on a long term (2 years or so) the advertised flat . I'm starting my job as an software and simulation engineer at Manz AG in Schwabisch Hall from 1st April 2017 and will have a salary of 3600 Euros/month. I'm currently employed at Freiburg in Fraunhofer Institute of Solar Energy as a scientific researcher. I am married with no kids and my wife is also a scientific researcher at the university of freiburg currently.
I am known to be a very friendly, helpful and generous person. I am also very much concerned about environment and hence, like keeping my house and surrounding clean. I am enclosing herewith, the SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) credit check. Please let me know if any other guarantee or document is needed and I will provide it. I will be very grateful to you if you kindly reply me back.
