Amazing Apartment in Oberstadt Siegen!!!

Since I'm done with my study in Siegen, I would like to offer my current apartment to be rented start of March 2013. The apartment is situated in a very beautiful quarter in Siegen Oberstadt. Where it is quite easy to be reached to different facilities e.g. shopping, buses connection, city center of Siegen, etc..
The bus station to University is very near by since you need only 6 to 8 minutes of walking to be at (Kölner Tor). On the other hand there is another bus station (Löhrtor)that can be reached only with 2 minutes of walking and it has another direct connection to the university with the bus 106.
The apartment has one big room (that is divided into a small sitting space and a bed zone), a kitchenette, and a bathroom.
In so far the apartment contains a very nice, modern and new furniture (used only for 9 months!) that i would like to sell to you with only 850 euro! The furniture contains sofa, desk, moveable chair, washing machine, 3 small tables, 1 big table, small oven, 1 big kitchen shelf, 1 big office library, 1 double bed matrix, 2 small carpet, 1 hoover for cleaning, 3 doors clothing cover.
I would like as well to tell you that the walls are all freshly painted and they look very clean!
