- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (1min zu Coop City, 5min zu Aldi, Migros)
- Möbel abzugeben
- Waschmaschine/Waschraum 1 Stock über der Wohnung
- Bruttomiete: CHF 545/ Monat (Nettomiete: CHF 475, Nebenkosten: CHF 70)

Since I am moving into a shared apartment with friends in January, I am looking for a new tenant for my one-bedroom apartment with top location on the Marktplatz and direct view of the cathedral, available from January - furniture is to be given away at a fair price.

-10 minutes walk to the university
- 6 minutes walk to St. Gallen train station

- Shopping facilities within walking distance (1min to Coop City, 5min to Aldi, Migros)

- Washing machine/laundry room 1 floor above the apartment
- Gross rent: CHF 545/ month (net rent: CHF 475, additional costs: CHF 70)
