Das Studio verfügt über einen Keller und Sie haben reichlich Platz, um Ihr Auto in der Nähe oder Ihr Fahrrad im Hof zu parken.
Ich verlasse dieses Studio aufgrund eines Jobwechsels und möchte im Auftrag meines netten Vermieters einen zuverlässigen Nachmieter finden. This lovely studio is located in a peaceful neighbourhood of Stuttgart Degerloch.
It is only 8-9 min by walking to reach Delogerloch U-bahn station. You can easily find REWE, Edeka and other shops and restaurants within walking distance.
It is only 10 min walk to reach the forest, which is ideal for jogging, exercise and relaxation.
The apartment comes with a kitchen and the price has included in the Nebenkosten. What is additional fees are electricity, gas, water. They add up to additional 100 Euro.
The studio comes with a Keller and you have abundant place to park your car nearby or your bicycle inside the yard.
I am leaving this studio due to job change and would like to find a reliable Nachmieter on behalf of my kind landlord. If you were interested, please reach out to me on here to schedule a visit. A nachmieter who can move in the earliest and can take my bed and washing machine will be preferred.
