ich biete eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Stuttgart Mitte zur Zwischenmiete an mit Terrasse und Aussicht, Kochnische mit Kühlschrank und Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine, Raum mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken. Die Wohnung ist möbliert mit Bett, Bettkästen, Tisch, Stühlen, Einbauschränken, Regalsystem. Die Wohnung hat circa 12 qm und eine Fensterfront zur Terrasse hin. Internetanschluss vorhanden, muss aber aktiviert werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock eines Appartmenthauses in Stuttgart-Mitte, in unmittelbarer Nähe von S-Bahn Stadtmitte, 3 Minuten Fußweg zur Königstraße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Inside the room is a bed, storage boxes, a table with chairs and a shelf and closet system.
The apartment is located in the 6th floor of an apartment building in the center of the City of Stuttgart.

Je loue un appartement d’environ 10 mètres carrés avec une fenêtre donnant à l’extérieur plus terrasse, kitchenette avec frigo et lave-linge, salle de bain avec douche, lavabo et cuvette. La chambre est meublée d’un lit, une table avec des chaises et une structure d’étagère et placards.
L’appartement se trouve au 6e étage d’une maison dans le centre de la ville de Stuttgart.
