Da ich am 31.01. meine Wohnung in der Urbanstraße 61 verlasse, suche ich einen netten NachmieterIn! Die Wohnung ist im 1.Stock, 35 q.m. groß, hat ein großes Zimmer, eine süße kleine Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne und (ja!) Fenster. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer super Lage: 2 Min. von der U-Bahn Haltestelle Staatsgalerie (Linien U1, U2, U4, U9, U14 und Buslinie 42) und 10 Min.zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof und der Staatsoper entfernt. Es sind auch nur 5 Gehminuten zur Musikhochschule. Wirklich ideal, vor allem für Musiker: hier kann man problemlos üben, da hier fast alle Bewohner Musiker sind!
Warmmiete ist 490€, Kaution ist 1.140€.
Leider ist es so, dass der Vermieter nur Musiker oder Musikstudenten möchte. Es geht darum, dass es bei uns ziemlich laut sein kann, wenn man üben muss, oder Konzert hat, auch an Feiertage. Wo normalle Leute ihre Ruhe brauchen, müssen wir halt arbeiten!
