Im Mai steht meine Wohnung zur Untermiete zur Verfügung. Sie ist zwar klein, hat aber alles was man zum Ankommen in Stuttgart so braucht. Besonderes Herzstück ist die Küche sowie mein geliebtes Hochbett (ja, sowas gibt es auch für Erwachsene :P)
Bei Interesse, schreibt mir einfach eine kurze Nachricht wer ihr seid, was ihr macht und was ich sonst so wissen müsste (Raucher, Haustiere, etc.)!

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt gegenüber eines riesigen Einkaufszentrums (Milaneo). Da das Fenster "nach hinten raus" liegt, hört man von der Hauptstraße allerdings nix. Zu Fuß ist man in 2 Minuten an der nächsten U-Bahn Station, in 8 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und in 20 Minuten in der Fußgängerzone.

- Schrank + Regale für genügend Stauraum

- Fahrradstellplätze
- Achtung: keine Waschmaschine (Wachsalon in der Nähe) und kein WLAN, Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss
