Die große Küche ist mit einer neuwertigen Einbauküche ausgestattet, mit Ceranherd und Backofen, Abluft-Dunstesse, Microwelle, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank mit Gerfrierfach, Oberschränke, Unterschränke, Esstisch, 2 Stühle. Ebenso vorhanden sind Geschirr sowie Töpfe, Pfannen, Teller und Besteck. Die Wand hat Granitplatten und Feinputz, der Boden ist großformatig gefliest. Die schöne Küche hat ein Fenster auf der Südseite.

Es wird eine Person bevorzugt für die Nutzung der Wohnung als Singlehaushalt. Nur Nichtraucher. Keine Haustiere. Achtung Strom wird seperat berechnet und ist nicht Bestandteil der Nebenkosten. ( ca. 40€)
