Da ich für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland gehe vermiete ich meine Wohnung im Zeitraum vom (evtl etwas früher) 15.08.2017 - 31.12.2017 (evtl etwas länger) unter.
Die helle mit "Parkett-Optik" ausgelegtem PVC 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung liegt im 2. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses.
Es gibt einen kleinen Flurbereich für Garderobe und Schuhe, einen großen Wohn-Schlafraum, ein Bad und eine separate Küche. Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Geschoss (kein Getrampel) hat jedoch keine Dachschräge!
Zur Wohnung gehört die Mitbenutzung eines großen Fahrradkellers und eines abschließbaren Kellerabteils. Ebenfalls steht ein großer Trockenboden zur Wäschetrocknung zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung wird nur komplett möbliert vermietet (Küchenutensilien vorhanden).
Ich werde die Waschmaschine in der Wohnung lassen, jedoch den Fernseher mitnehmen. Kabelanschluss, Telefon und WLAN sind vorhanden.
Die perfekte Mieterin steht in einem Arbeitsverhältnis oder absolviert ein Praktikum, hat keine Haustiere, raucht nicht, verhält sich ruhig und ist ordentlich.
The 1,5 flat is available from mid august 2017 to end 2017 (probably bit longer). Second floor (upper floor but no roof sloping), small hallway (cloakroom), large and bright living-/bedroom, separate kitchen, private bathroom (shower/waschingmachine), private basement and bicycle storage. Attic is used for laundry.
Flat is completely furnished (and kitchen fully equipped) and will only be rented furnished.
Only one person, only female, non-smoking, no pets allowed, only serious requests please!
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet am Hang zu den Weinbergen (1Min). Die U-Bahnhaltestelle "Zürcher Straße" der U12 liegt in einer Gehminute zu erreichen. Parken ist problemlos in den öffentlichen Bereichen am Straßenrand möglich (ich habe bisher immer einen Parkplatz gefunden). Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit am Römerkastell (REWE), 10min zu Fuß.
