ich bin die Nora und werd demnächst aus meiner Einzimmerwohnung ausziehen. Nebendran wohnen 2 Mädchen Ellen und Sophie
Unsere Vorstellungen ist sowieso, dass wir dann in dem Stockwerk eher eine „Stockwerk-WG“ werden und du einfach jederzeit rüber ins Ihre Wohnung kommen könntest und Ihr auch gemeinsame chillige Abende zu dritt machen mit kochen, trinken, chilln etc.:).
Die Ein-Zimmer Wohnung hat ca. 30 m2 und ist im Stuttgarter Osten. Ca 5min Fußweg vom Stöckach und Ostendplatz. (Kleine Küche, kleiner Duschbereich und das Klo ist außerhalb der Wohnung-klingt wirklich schlimmer als es ist 🙈 hab hier jetzt 2 Jahre gewohnt und es ist alles easy:) ).
Gas und Strom muss dann separat angemeldet werden.
In die 295€ sind die 25€ Wasserpauschale schon drin.
