Das Zimmer hat einen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht in den Garten. Vor dem Zimmer befindet sich ein großer Tisch mit Stühlen.
Das Badzimmer hat eine Dusche, mit WC und Waschbecken.
Eine neue Einbauküche mit Herd, Microwelle, Kaffeemaschine ein Wasserkocher, Geschirr usw. ist vorhanden. Im UG befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner. (Gegen Gebühr) Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Diese Wohnung ist auch wochenweise mietbar. WLAN steht ebenso zur Verfügung.

If the room is rented on a weekly basis the costs used by one person starts from 49 €/day used by two persons starts from 55€/Day. (Daily rate all inclusive) Wi-Fi is also available. The apartment is rented out by the owner and is free of commission. With whole equiped kitchen microwave, watercooker, coffemachine, fridge, dishes, table chairs, etc.
Bathroom: wall and floor modern tiled, shower, toilet and washbasin, window.
Other: iron, ironing board. Laundrymachine and Dryer
Minimum rent is 1 week
Depending of duration of the rental agreement, security deposit accurs.
120€ cost for endcleaning after moving out.
