das ganze mitten im grünen. Wohn/schlafzimmer mit marmorboden und gasetagenheizung. Gaskosten ca 30e im monat strom ca 50e im monat (habe einen recht hohen stromverbrauch durch elektronik) wasser,abfall usw. ist in der miete von 430euro bereits mit drin. Inet ca 40e im monat (50k dsl)

Wichtigstes kriterium ist liquidität
Miete muss pünktlich gezahlt werden dann seht und hört ihr vom vermieter auch nichts.

Kein balkon. Dafür sehr helle fensterfront.
Verkehrsanbing ist top, 2 min zum südheimerplatz, und 10min zur stadtmitte, kann auch in 30min gelaufen werden falls mal keine bahn mehr fährt.
es befinden sich löcher an der aussenwand zur montage einer satelittenschüssel, hatte aber nie das verlangen danach da fernsehen auch wunderbar über schöner-fernsehen.de funktioniert.
