You will pay 700 all inclusive (including internet, electricity and gas and heating)!

You can not register yourself as living in the apartment at least for a few months. I am leaving Germany so if you want to take over the main contract we will try to organise it after some months then you will pay around 500 per month.

Across the road (1 minute) is Lidl
Down the road is Marienplatz (7 minutes) where everything you need exists. Rewe, DM, etc.
Close U-bahn to Österreichischer platz (6 minutes)

Washing machine in basement, but costs 2€ to use (down the road is a washing parlor). There is space for a small washing machine in the bathroom

I have completed my PhD in Stuttgart and now am building my business and will be overseas so a long term tenant is preferred.
