The Wohnung includes:

As I did some renovating/improvement works recently, I would like to ask for a compensation of 250€.
For the furniture that remains in the flat, I would like an "Abschlag" of 400€. Furniture includes:

The flat comes with a washing machine (8 months old) that you could have for 350€.
The total rent is 420€ (incl. 60€ Nebenkosten). Additional costs: Gas, electricity, internet

The apartment is located between the U-Bahn-Station Südheimerplatz and Bihlplatz (5min walk). Netto and Aldi are close by and it takes approx. 15 min with public transport to reach city center.
