Studentenwohnheimzimmer zur Untermiete/Subletting Student Dorm

Ich vermiete für den Mai mein Studentenwohnheimzimmer unter:)
Es handelt sich um ein einzel Appartement, also ein Zimmer mit eigener Küche und eigenem Bad.
Super sonnig mit Fenster zur Südseite, Eckwohnung mit nur einem Nachbar und im Erdgeschoss.
Enthalten ist alles, was in den ersten vier Bildern zu sehen ist, eine Matratze gibt es auch.
WICHTIG: Untermiete nur an Immatrikulierte Studenten
Die Abwicklung des Mietvertrags erfolgt über das Wohnreferat des Allmandrings, für nähere Details gerne einfach anschreiben:)

It is a single apartment, i.e. a room with its own kitchen and bathroom.
Super sunny with window to the south side, corner apartment with only one neighbor and on the first floor.
Included is everything that can be seen in the first four pictures, there is also a mattress.
IMPORTANT: Subletting only to students with certificate of enrollment.
