Its a small room with a bed, desk, bookshelves, closet and sink. It has one window with a good view and two mirrors. Bed sheets and blankets are included. The bathroom is shared with other 4 rooms and ta big kitchen is shared with 8 rooms, also you have your own cupboard and shelves in the fridge were you can store food.
The location is really close to Universitat Sbahn station (only 3 minutes walking) also 4 minustes away from the bus station ( S1,S2,S3). Its is surrounded with other buildings ( Student dormitory) with a very large green area around all the buildings and a very nice view. There is a supermarket inside the university campus only 2 minutes walking from the building and also kaufland and Netto hypermarkets only three station away by bus.
I need the money in advance (Total of 300 Euros) only 230 Euros for rent including internet and only 70 euros as deposit, that I will give it back to you after the rent period if everything is okay. I need to sign the contract and get the money on the morning of 17th march at 10 am and you can get the room immediately and the room should be submitted back to me latest by 10th April at 11 pm.
