Das Zimmer wird nur an Nichtraucher vermietet, vorzugsweise Student/in.Man könnte das Zimmer auch schon ab 15. April beziehen.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 m2 groß. Die Wohnung ist eine Dachwohnung und liegt nicht direkt an der Straße, d.h. etwas im Grünen.
Noch anzumerken sei, es gibt ein weiteres sonst abgeschlossenes Zimmer, das ein paar mal im Jahr als Gästezimmer genutzt wird, wenn z.B.der Sohn oder Tochter der Vermieter, die unten im Haus wohnen und sehr nett sind, zu Besuch sind und dort übernachten. Sie benutzen aber nicht das Bad oder Küche oder sonstiges mit.
Die Wohnlage ist sehr ruhig und sehr zentral. 7 min Fußweg zur Bus oder U-Bahn, von dort aus ca. 10 min bis zum Hauptbahnhof.
