Das Apartment ist super zentral in direkter Nähe zur UBahn Haltestelle Vogelsang gelegen. Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten gibt es im Innenhof, DB Fahrradverleih in direkter Nähe. Mit der S-Bahn dauert es 7 min in die Innenstadt, 15 min zu Fuss. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (BioMarkt / Bonus / Bäcker) in 2min zu Fuß.
Das Apartment (5. OG) ist stilvoll eingerichtet (Bett, Schränke, Schreibtisch, Lampen Bilder) und verfügt über eine kleine separate Küche (Herd + Kühlschrank) und separates Bad (mit WC und Duschwanne). Außerdem gibt es eine schöne kleine Terrasse zur Westseite (mit herrlicher Abendsonne). Außerdem gibt es einen WiFi / Internetanschluss, der für 25 EUR/Montag benutzt werden kann.
Der Mietzeitraum ist nach Bedarf leicht flexibel.
