da ich ab Mitte Januar im Ausland bin suche ich eine/-n nette/-n und zuverlässige/-n Zwichenmieter/-in für meine Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und komplett ausgestattet bis auf eine Waschmaschine (mehrere Waschsalons befinden sich jedoch in der Nähe). Sie ist im 5. OG (Aufzug vorhanden) und hat einen Balkon mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick :-)
- Ideal für Studenten (10min zum Campus (Vaihingen) und 10min zur Uni Stadtmitte).
- Alle S-Bahn Linien sind in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar (Station Feuersee bzw. Schwabstraße).
- Zur Königstraße läuft man ca. 10min.
- Mehrere Bushaltstellen befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe (Linie 41,42,43,44,92,N10)
- In einem Umkreis von 500m findet man fast alles was man braucht (Supermärkte, Restaurants, Apotheke, Bäcker, Waschsalon, Post, Gym...)
- Erwähnenswert ist auch die wunderschöne Karlshöhe, in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar.
*** Du bekommst eine saubere und geordnete Wohnung, mir ist sehr wichtig dass sie genau so aussieht wenn ich zurück bin ;-) Die Kaution beträgt 200€. ***
