Mein Einzelapartment in Trier Innenstadt wird ab 1. September frei, da ich nach Marburg zum Studieren umziehen werde.
Die Wohnung ist 20 m2, hat eine eigene Küche und ein eigenes Bad. Sie liget im Dachgeschoss und hat ein Keller und Fahhradkeller. Es gibt auch einen schönen Garten.
Die Wohnung liegt in perfekter Lage in der Innenstadt (7 Minuten von HBF und 10 Minuten zum Hauptmarkt).
Zum Möbel werde ich ein Bett (mit zwei Matrazten, Kissen und Bettdecke) , einen langen Spiegel und einen Tisch (wie neu, nur für 6 Monaten benutzt) für 50 Euros geben.
Die Kaltmiete ist 210 Euros, die Warmmiete ist 245, die Heizung ist nicht in den Nebenkosten enthalten. Es gibt eine Heizung in der Wohnung aber ich habe im Winter einen kleinen Heizlüfter benutzt.
Die Internet ist verfügbar für 12 Euros mit den Nachbaren.

My one-room apartment in Trier city center will be free from September 1st. I will move to Marburg to start my master study.
The apartment is 20 m2, has its own Kitchen and Bathroom, it is in the last floor (attic).
It is perfectly located in the city center, 7 minutes from the central train station, and 10 minutes to the main market in the city.
Regarding furniture I will leave a bed (with 2 mattresses, pillows and cover) a long mirror and a table (like new, used for 6 months only) for 50 Euros.
The rent is 245 in total, heating is available but not included in the rent. I have only used a small heater and was enough.
The internet is available for sharing with the neighbors for 12 Euros per month.
