Nachmieter/in gesucht für Studi-Apartment

Die gemütliche Wohnung ist mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet (Schreibtisch, Schlafsofa, Couchtisch, Regal, Vorhänge, ...) und hat eine Küchenecke mit Kühlschrank, 2 Herdplatten und einer Mikrowelle im Zimmer. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Balkon, ein Bad mit Dusche und einen Keller, um Sachen unterzustellen.

In Absprache mit dem Vermieter suche ich einen Nachmieter, weil ich die Wohnung nicht mehr brauche und früher aus dem Mietvertrag möchte. Bei Interesse meldet euch gern telefonisch.

The cozy apartment is equipped with the essentials (desk, sofa bed, coffee table, shelf, curtains, ...) and has a kitchenette with fridge, 2 hotplates and a microwave in the room. There is also a small balcony, a bathroom with shower and a cellar to store things.
In consultation with the landlord, I am looking for a new tenant, because I no longer need the apartment and want to get out of the contract earlier.
