Hi, ich wechsle die Uni und muss deshalb leider meine schöne Wohnung aufgeben.
Die Wohnung hat ca. 30 qm: Ein großes Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, separate Küche, Bad und WC. Ausserdem gehört auch ein große Keller zum Haus.
Die Wohnung liegt ganz zentral Am Lustnauer Tor. Zur Uni (Neue Aula) sind es zu fuß keine 5. min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Nonnenhaus, Edeka, DM, Bäcker, Alnatura) zu fuß 1 min. Bushaltestellen in alle Richtungen zu fuß 1 min. Bahnhof zu fuß ca. 5 min. Neckar zu fuß ca. 3 min. Altstadt zu fuß 1 Schritt aus der Haustüre.
Ausser meiner Wohnung git es in dem Haus noch zwei weitere WG´s die von netten Studenten bzw. Doktoranden bewohnt werden. Wir verstehen uns alle gut und machen auch mal was zusammen.
Ich habe noch einige Möbel, die ich gerne verkaufen möchte. Die Wohnung kann auch schon früher bezogen werden.
