Since I got a job from August 1, I am leaving Tuebingen and therefore would like to find the next tenant for my apartment.
It a cozy studio apartment with furnished kitchen with a small fridge. The flat has a big private balcony and big windows that allows plenty of sunlight to illuminate the apartment. The flat has a fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub. A large cellar in available in the basement for additional storage. A small storage place is also available in the balcony.
There is a private parking place available right in front of the house. The house also has a secure place for parking bikes in the basement.
The house also offers a washing facility for the price of 2 euros per wash. The washing machines are usually available as only few people use these washing machines.
The neighborhood is quite. There are families and single occupants living in the neighboring apartments.
Nearest supermarkets are at the main train station.
Ideal for single person.
The apartment of located opposite to Hirschauerstr. bus stop and you can walk to the bus stop in just 1 min. Bus line 6 come every 30 min during working hours and every hour on weekends. There is also night bus service every hour on this route. The bus line 6 would take only 5 min to the main train station and 4 min to the city center. Bus line 6 can will take you to the university library, indoor swimming pools and Maxplank institute. There are connecting buses available with in 2 min at the main train station to go to clinic and university campus in Morgenstelle.
The apartment has easy assess to Nekar river in front of the house and you can reach the river in just 1 min walk. An open public swimming pool (Freibad) is only 1 km away from the house. City center is 1km from the house. Main train station is 1.4 km from the house.
A nice forest area is only 5 min away by walk for people who would like to take a walk or run in the forest.
There is broadband internet connection from unitymedia available to take over if interested.
There is a some furniture available to take over at a nominal cost and we can discuss if you are interested.
