Ich suche im Zeitraum vom 01.08-24.09 einen Zwischenmieter für mein Wohnheimzimmer im Tübinger Stadtteil Waldhäuser Ost. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, die Küche muss mit den Mitbewohnern des Stockwerks geteilt werden.
Ich biete das Zimmer für eine Warmmiete von 200€ monatlich an.
Das Zimmer bietet die Gelegenheit, sich im Sommer nach einem neuen Zuhause umsehen zu können, außerdem kann man so natürlich auch die Stadt schon vor dem neuen Semester gut kennenlernen. :)

I am looking for someone who wants to rent my room from 1st August to 24th September. The apartment is located in the district “Waldhäuser Ost” in the North of Tübingen and has its own bathroom. You have to share the kitchen with the other inhabitants of the floor.
I offer the apartment for 200€ per month with extra charge (heating, electricity etc. included).
This apartment gives you the opportunity to search for a home more relaxed and of course you can explore Tübingen very easily too:)

You can reach the busstation and two supermarkets in about 5 minutes.
