El apartamento es muy luminoso y moderno con 2 mesas y sillas, estantes y una cama. Hay persianas eléctricas y calefacción por suelo radiante. El edificio cuenta con un lavadero, donde se puede utilizar mamposteros para lavar 2,50 €.

El alquiler general de 965 € contiene todos los costos incidentales. Wifi ilimitado, LAN, TV-port, servicio de cuidador y servicio de limpieza una vez al mes también están incluidos. También es posible alquilar un aparcamiento extra.

The overall rent of 965 € contains all incidental costs. Unlimited Wifi, LAN, TV-port, caretaker service, and a cleaning service once a month are also included. It is also possible to rent an extra parking spot.
