PhD student looking for a room from 1st of March or 1st of April 2019 onwards. Quiet, respectful, and willing to rent in the long term.

I have to find an accommodation for the first of March or April. I do not own any pet, nor do I intend to hold any parties in the flat and cause disturbance to other neighbors. I am respectful and here are a few more details about what I'm looking for:

- The room can be furnished or not, I do not mind about this.
- The location of the flat can be anywhere in Tübingen, but not in the villages around.
- The price can be up to 800€ taxes included (although I am not so strict about this).
- I would like to rent for the long term as I have a 4 years contract here.
- I can provide any document you might need–i.e., contract of employment, proof of sufficient founds, etc. caution, etc.
