Hallo ihr lieben,
ich bin selber Student in Tübingen, werde jedoch im märz nicht da sein.
Aus diesem Grund würde ich gerne meine Wohnung für rinr Untermiete zur Verfügung stellen.
Die Wohnung ist ca 21 m^2 groß und hat einen Balkon, auf dem im sonmer die Sonne scheint.
Zudem liegt die wohnung sehr zentral und es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar, sowohl Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, als auch Bars.
Zur Universität braucht man je nach dem zu welcher Fakultät man gehört 15 minuten zu Fuß oder 5 minuten mit dem Bus.
Da ich nur einen Monat wegbleiben werde, werde ich meine Küchengeräte, Teller, Besteck, Staubsauger und Matratze in der Wohnung lassen.
In den Kosten sind jedgliche monatliche Kosten enthalten.
