Ich vermiete meine schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung von Mai bis Juni, da ich ein Praktikum mache. Ideal wäre für mich der Zeitraum 09.05. - 30.06., aber die genaue Mietdauer kann auch nach Absprache vereinbart werden.
Durch die zwei großen Fenster ist es den ganzen Tag über sehr schön hell in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung unterteilt sich in einen großen Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile und einem kleinen Bad mit Dusche. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung vermiete ich mit all meinen Möbeln unter - Kleiderstange, Kommode, Bett, Tisch und vier Klappstühle, kleine Kommode mit Regal und Küchenzeile.

Due to the two large windows, the apartment is very bright the whole day. The apartment is divided into a large living room with kitchenette and a small bathroom with shower. There is a washing machine in the basement. I rent the apartment with all my furniture - there is a wardrobe, dresser, bed, table and four foldable chairs, a small sideboard with shelves and a kitchen unit.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Trierer Straße, in einem beliebten Viertel. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt und bei der Bauhaus-Universität. Der Stadtbus 2 fährt nur eine Straßenecke entfernt in Richtung Stadtzentrum. In 15 Minuten ist man mit den Öffentlichen am Hauptbahnhof und in 10 Minuten zu Fuß beim Berkaer Bahnhof.
In wenigen Gehminuten befinden sich außerdem ein Edeka, sowie Lidl, Aldi, dm, Tegut, Brotklappe, die Röstbrüder und Apotheken.
The apartment is very central in Trierer Straße, in a popular residential area. The city center and the Bauhaus University are just a few minutes away. The city bus 2 runs just one street away in the direction of the city center. The main train station is 15 minutes away by public transport and the Berkaer train station is a 10-minute walk away.
An Edeka supermarket, Lidl, Aldi, dm, Tegut, Brotklappe, Röstbrüder and pharmacies are also just a few minutes' walk away.
