Das Apartment ist super schön, möbeliert und echt groß. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht Schlafsofa, TV, Bücherregal, Kommode, Lampe usw. Die Küche ist neu und befindet sich im Top Zustand eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Das Bad ist schön hell mit Fenster und Dusche. Das Apartment wird befristet vermietet für ein Jahr Das Zimmer wird befristet 01.05.2016 bis zum 30.04.2017 vermietet weil ich für ein Jahr nach München gehe.
Die Lage ist super schön und ruhig am Waldrand gelegen. 10 Minuten entfernt findet man eine Bushaltestelle mit guter Verbindung alle 10 min kommt ein Bus nach Weingarten/Ravensburg. Mit dem Bus ist man in 10 Minuten in Weingarten. In Baindt gibt es einen Bäcker eine Bank einen Arzt, einen Friseur und einen kleinen Supermarkt also alles was man braucht.
Vermietet wird an ein nettes Mädel oder eine Studentin. Da es sicht um meine eigene Wohnung handelt lege ich großen Wert auf Sauberkeit. Falls du weiter Fragen hast schreib mich einfach an ich freu mich auf deine Nachricht/Anruf ;)
