leider muss ich meine schöne Wohnung nach 4 Monaten aus beruflichen Gründen aufgeben. Die Wohnung ist frisch gestrichen und in einem Top Zustand. Es ist eine Ideale Single-Wohnung mit großzügiger Küche und Wohn-/Schlafzimmer. Sie liegt direkt am Rande der Altstadt in direkter Nähe zur Lahn.
Ich habe selber eine Küche eingebaut inkl. Spülmaschine etc. Sie ist sehr gut erhalten und bietet alles was man braucht, auch Ceranfeldplatte und leistungsfähiger Ofen. Sie passt optimal hinein und wäre für den Preis von 250 Euro zu haben. Ein sehr gutes Angebot! Die Kaution beträgt 690 Euro.
