Wir vermieten ein Zimmer inklusive eigener Küche und kleinem Bad. Wir müssen uns nur den Eingangsbereich teilen. Bad und Eingangsbereich haben Fenster zum Hof, das Schlafzimmer zur Straße, somit ist Querlüften möglich. Du könntest deinen Wohnbereich gut auf die Küche ausdehnen, etwa mit einem Esstisch oder sie nur als Stauraum und zum Kochen nutzen.
Möbel sind ein paar vorhanden und wir können uns gerne ausmachen, welche du gerne verwenden würdest.
Leider kannst du nicht drinnen rauchen.
We're renting out a bedroom plus your own kitchen and small bathroom. Only our entrance has to be shared. There are windows facing the courtyard and the street, so ventilating is easy and effective. You could use the kitchen as a dining room or leave it as a storage and cooking space.
There is some furniture already and we can talk about which pieces you'd like to use or not.
Sadly, you can't smoke inside.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gasse zwischen Augarten und Prater, zwei der schönsten und größten Grünflächen und Naherholungsgebiete Wiens. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (2-10 Min), genauso wie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (U2, S-Bahn, Straßenbahn).
Die Hauptuni ist besonders gut direkt mit der U2 zu erreichen oder mit dem Rad um den Ring in 10 bis 15 Minuten.
The apartment is located in a quiet alley between Augarten and Prater, two of the largest and nicest parks in Vienna. All sorts of shopping is possible in the immediate surroundings and U2, S-Bahn and Bim connections are also only about 2 to 5 minutes away.
The main building of the University of Vienna is reachable directly via U2 or only a 10-15 minutes ride by bicycle away.

Die würden sich zwar nicht notwendigerweise bei dir aufhalten, aber falls du eine starke Allergie hast, könnte das problematisch werden. Falls du selber Katzen hast, sind sie uns jedenfalls willkommen. Andere Tiere sind auch in Ordnung.

We like cats and would like to have some. They wouldn't necessarily spend any time in your area of the apartment, but if you have a strong allergy that could be a problem. If you yourself have cats, they are very welcome. Other animals are also acceptable.
